  1. Amazing tree. I've tried (and failed) to grow one from a cutting.
  2. +1. Get a line on the butt of the dougie with a throwline and pull it out
  3. Goldeneye N64 or Tony hawks 2, school level on pc
  4. I'll pass, I've already seen Mark first thing in the morning after a heavy night with the boys. Yeesh, if he's anything like his mother I wouldn't know where to start
  5. Pah, I even wear spurs with my full set of armour
  6. It's a small dealer, the shop and the mechanics are the same person
  7. I did a job last year for a father and son who were on robot wars. They took us into their workshop and the place was full of killing machines. They're bigger in real life than they seemed on TV. Much more interesting without Craig Charles gabbling on too
  8. I'll give you a race Joe, Steve did one of mine too
  9. Just saw the video, looks like a fairly big last pick. Do you know what weight it was?
  10. I would but there's only one of me!
  11. About this time last year I'd been using Aspen exclusively for a year in saws from a 150t up to a 395 and I posted my thoughts on it. Two years down the line, I'm still very happy with how Aspen works for me. This year I've had a chance to test out it's storage over 5 months and the results have been great. All my saws have started and run with no problems on the same fuel I stood them up with. I've gained two (even more) local dealers in the last year too! Now I'm nearly always passing one of them on the way home from jobs, so supply is great. The only issue I have is that a local Aspen dealer is fairly anti Aspen. They repeatedly blame saw faults on it, often before even looking at the saw. Once when I had a spilt fuel line the first 20 minutes the dealer was telling me it was the carb not liking Aspen!
  12. Personally I'm usually about 6-8 weeks ahead, though I do keep the odd gap intentionally. I have lost work several times from not being free the following week, but when it comes down to it, I can't justify keeping the diary empty for last minute jobs if I'm offered work well in advance. I work for people who have lead in times of 5 months or more, and others who run on a fortnight's turnaround. The longest turnaround company does lose work, but they also bend over backwards to try to accommodate short notice urgent jobs.
  13. I took the little plastic bumpers off the back of my seats to get one more click on the adjuster. The backs get a bit of wear but nothing major
  14. My '57 puma 90 seats will recline a little bit, not bolt upright but not too far back. You can get bulkhead removal bars and extended seat rails, might be an idea if you're not comfortable enough when you get your 90
  15. Wash mine by hand in a big water drum. I have a rope brush and use baby non bio washing powder. Brush is about a tenner from most suppliers and I've had it 5 years so cheaper than the launderettes or buying a new washing machine
  16. Hi lift jack would do the job. Find a friendly land rover owner
  17. Some people I sub to don't seem to understand that! They think my rates are my wage.
  18. I hope they bought lottery tickets that night
  19. Best of luck with your future
  20. Yes. My 90 is on business, social, domestic and pleasure with Gladiator. Towing covered and tools in transit insurance at a little extra.
