agreed, with the addition of a basic harness (maybe a rock climbing harness), or just a sling.

if id thought about it then i could have lifted the (branch) collar to see if this one had a name tag!

possibly saw one the other day. me and 2 other coleagues spent our break trying to decide if it was a foxglove or catalpa as they are virtually identical all but a few subtle differences. the tree had traits of both but not all traits of one? hybrid?

looks like a nice job on the fencing mate. good call on the rock aswell, it makes for a nice feature.

i'd agree that a waver would be a good idea for the reccy climbing. i dont think your boss would like you using his insurance any way.
