  6. True British Legend. RIP mac
  7. We value your posts and specific knowledge very highly. Please do not let a few snotty slanderous emails worry you.
  8. my lads drink "monster" i think it is available in 3 flavours seems to work ok
  9. 3 in last7 days
  10. we were watching them practise over gainsborough lincs on monday. RIP
  11. elg is spot on ginja. Not expensive to have matching tee shirts, sweatshirts and hoodys for winter. Looks much more professional from customers perspective from when the initial contact/estimate is done through to the lads working on site. Also you pick up more work and queries from various places as it identifies you as a professional tree surgeon when you are off site.
  12. then operator should have pa1 pa6 coshh assesments done and suitable ppe in practise glyphosate is approved for amateur/householder use just keep away from water or ponds. few ppm lethal to fish
  13. for your own use nothing. as an employee pa1 and pa6
  14. Located within an old orchard Thanks
  15. i know of a reasonable sized golden catalpa in a garden approx 35 yrs in sutton benger wilts. I lifted the crown just enough so you could walk under about 3 yr ago. pm if its of interest hama.
  16. Bit odd. We eat roadkill deer if fresh and looking healthy. Never had any problem Delicious:biggrin:
  17. Few months ago they replaced quite a few in the village. We watched as the old boy was sent to get an old ripsaw from the truck and then spent 20 mins sweating to cut ten inches off the pole. I did the decent thing and offered to send the lad cutting logs over for 2 mins. Boss said nah i rather watch him sweat. But they donated all the old poles and delivered them a mile down the road.
  18. Would a few expired convictions from ones slightly wilder days be an acceptable excuse? Never been called up for jury service. Would the above explain why?
  19. 15 mins down the road. It has grown a lot since i last went.
  20. Condolences
  21. Good riddance to bad (yellow) rubbish!!!!
  22. my crew cab ,not a transit its a citroen relay with steel cage weighs 2.48 with men and tools. And it weighs 3.49 with just over ton of chip, only half full, (never carried more honest) is as big as i could run without moving house or taking a proper yard. No way i would get operators license with "on street parking" so i dont have much choice yet. Dreading the vosa day. will still be cheaper to pay the fine. Roughly £1/kg first time i understand.
  23. tenant would be responsible for maintainance of garden surely? council here would send official looking snotty letter to tenant stating work to be done within 28 days or they will send a contractor plus 10 or 20% admin fee. I have done 2.Maybe i was unlucky but not good payers.
