  1. I'll look out for you next week, Jim. Be good to see you again.
  2. Going to want a dozen grease cartridges and a couple of High lift wedges to go with the boot laces please.
  3. Make sure they don't just poison your dog before they try to rob you.
  4. That's not breakfast. To start with, I can't see any bacon there at all!
  5. What about the guy from last year?
  6. Hawthorn, Sloe and Ash.
  7. I've got a flail on Ebay if you are interested. Port Agric M400 Typhoon Flail | eBay
  8. Sorry mate, I think I must have editted as you were typing.
  9. I could get some pictures of the trees when I go back in on Monday if you like. One of the trees had also dropped a large limb previously during a storm.
  10. Sorry David, priority was clearing up so we could get the mower around. Weather was hot and still as it has been all of the last 2 weeks. As to time of day, no idea as were found rather than witnessed.
  11. Had 2 fairly hefty limbs drop from 2 separate Ash trees in the last fortnight. Both trees are immediately next to a lake, both have a history of Inonotus and 1 had been the subject of work at the end of last year to shorten some un-balanced limbs.
  12. You've probably already looked but I had one like this and it turned out to be a burr on the eyelet thingy where the cord comes out of the recoil cover, if that makes sense?
  13. 1 ticket for the Saturday legislation/Best practice if I may. Just tried to book via the link and it won't let me.
  14. 2 large Ashes, both next to water and both with history of Inonotus.
  15. I'll get an order in on Monday to collect at the show.
  16. This one's an Abbot. Drove one of them on my 40th.
  17. Will you be down here for Jonesie's show?
  18. Good luck with it all, Silky.
  19. Sorry to hear that, Stevie. Thinking of you all, mate.
  20. Read what he said then take your own advice. I don't see anything there that deserves a snotty response like yours.
  21. Many a true word spoke in jest.
  22. Littletree would be the one to ask. I believe she does a fair bit of that sort of work.
  23. My guess would be that they don't tend to hang around that long.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
