  1. IMO you don't need to train or go to the gym. Just climb. Your body will sort itself out eventually with the right muscle groups. Remember it's power/weight ration that's important, not just being ripped (at least that's what i tell myself )

  9. i was meant to do this a while back, thanks for reminding me! also i need to send a letter asking if they owe any tax (you can claim upto 6 years back for PAYE overpayments) my friend got a cheque for £700 that he really didn't expect!!

  11. As a quick example... One boss I know of doesn't put any money or time into the company and isn't doing too well. Another puts pretty much all the money and his time back into developing the company and is doing really, really well!

  14. Full climbing kit, rigging gear (sometimes), 200t, bigger saw. (you dont want to borrow anything, not a good look imo) You won't need pl insurance as you will be covered under whoevers job it is.

  21. I didn't start doing big tree contract climbing from day one. (should of made that clear. I did alot of rec climbing for a few months after college, whilst i worked in the woods doing alot of felling, then i found a job with a company who had just started, doing around 3 days a week mixed climbing and ground work.
