  1. Yes, that last sentence is on the button Chris, it's a tough road, but onwards & upwards.
  2. This will do for me tonight! [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UZmtqpc6wM]The Rolling Stones - Factory Girl (Beggars Banquet).wmv - YouTube[/ame]
  3. nearly spat my wine out, dry comment with a sweet white!
  4. Brilliant minds think alike!
  5. Just got back from Tesco's, outside a young lady spilled the change out of her purse, so quick as an 'old' flash I scooped up the money & returned it, & received a big sloppy kiss for my troubles!
  6. Try to keep an eye out for your climber & work mates, keep the brash off the climbers ropes etc, & keep a wary eye on kit.
  7. A shut down will be free, but needs organizing, some power co's are better than others, if you take it in smaller bits you will be fine, no need to make out it's dangerous to up the price if it isn't, just give them a quote & take it, just by the pics I would think £650 should sort it out, depending on where you stack etc, a good climber will keep 2 groundies busy, you want it cleared as you cut, or you will give the ground staff a headache.
  8. I have bought the 360tes, looks a well built bit of kit, nice ergos, strong looking plastics, good balance, generally giving a feeling of quality build, I will see how it performs & report back.
  9. Ouch, you wont be playing the piano for a while!

That's interesting Stihlben, I wonder how it compares with the husky version, I had one of those on trial last year, it was a good saw, but felt nose heavy & the bar too 'bull nosed' for me, this saw looks smaller. So couple of questions, is the battery well fastened & fastener out the way from potential damage? Does the saw feel natural to use regarding balance etc? Thanks for your time.
  11. You might struggle to find one to fit those specs, but good luck with it.
  12. I will second this, i have used them several times, & a great service every time.
  13. I got bit by one, opened my arm up nicely.
  14. No, I dare not go, I would spend all my money!
  15. Will do mate, just waiting for my local dealer to get it in, I had the little top handle until I gave it to someone in need, & it was a good little saw, no trouble in 4 years.

They are a good pruning saw, & respond well to an exhaust modification, but you need to keep the bar & chain run clean as the oiler can play up.
  17. Well I hope your hands not too bad, sounds like a nasty accident.
  18. Well after my escapade with thieves I'm going for an echo I think, will report back on my findings, hopefully I will be chuffed pink with it, but not in the way you twinks are on about!

Go to 'home'--'user cp'-- 'edit profile pic, (or was it avatar)', then follow options given, but the pic needs to be a certain size, as said, either 100x100 pixels, or 64kb.

  22. I'm waiting on a return visit, I don't want them back, who would to be honest, but we have to make the most of the little opportunities life throws at us, like them or not!
  23. I'm with you on that Matty.
  24. It's incredible the response from fellow Arbtalkers, many thanks to all! Also I am shocked at the amount of people I meet during my day who have had someone they know hit in similar fashion, I have now a fair idea of the culprits, but wont get into that here.
  25. Even in his flowing frocks he sure aint no apparition, be sure of that! I have to go to sleep soon mate, there's no way I want Felix cropping up in my dreams dressed up like that... gods teeth I think I'm staying up for the night!
