I know I'll sit on top of the tree, you cut it. What can go wrong? Anyway my jeans and hi vis will protect us.....
  3. I have them and like them, they,ve lasted pretty well and are comfortable. What else would you need?😁
  4. Christ your trucks lasted well
  5. In the army when we lifted the turret off the warriors, there was always loads of crap, mainly lumicolour pens a round of ammo. But the best was a GPS. My ARB truck was just full of rubbish, pens and a couple of wedges, oh and a load of powder from when my groundie kicked the fire extinguisher
  6. I had to weld a locator on the top guide. Was in two minds whether to bother or not.
  7. I've put the helpers in as well so there should not be any dramas😁
  8. Finally got the 2" lift on the rear of my 130 done, using Terra firma TF011 and exped shocks. It's made s big difference to ride height and it's not effected the ride to much. See how it gets on tomorrow with a load of chip.
  9. My two helping with the logs and enjoying the sun.

    Waste of space.

The Nosher who knicked the passaged side windscreen wiper arm from my 130 this morning!

That'd be ok if he left the wheel barrow off...
  13. Scraggs did you fit the tf011 as Jon used? I've just checked and I've been sent the springs for a 90/D1 etc.
  14. Scraggs, what did you fit in the end? I'd want the springs to last longer than 2/3 years!
  15. Do you have the part number?
  16. The helper was a really tight fit as well. Which springs do you get?
  17. Jon, did your spring fit straight onto the locator on the axle, mine sit proud?
  18. Been trying to change the rear suspension on my 130 today. I got at set of Terra firma +50mm springs and shocks. As well as some pretty ropey service from Craddocks it's been a frustrating day. The biggest drama being the springs are about 15mm or so narrower than to standard ones so don't fit on the spring locator. Anyone else had this problem and what do you recommend as suitable +50mm springs. I got the socks and bushes done anyway. Cheers
  19. I'm with you on that. Awareness of you're responsibility is fundamental to avoid dropping a bol###k.
  20. The incident with the guy on mewp, where the contractor was fined does make me wonder. Surely the climber must take some responsibility for his actions. I know it may not be easy to face up to your employer and demand bigger/ better kit etc, but following industry best practice (or good practice) and some common sense would have prevented this. I also wonder if the tree was climbed (no use of a mewp), using a central high tip rather that a branch may have prevented the incident? The climber would have had better feel for the tree etc may changed the way he was working and so on. I don't know but was pondering over a cup of tea.... Any thoughts?
  21. I've some sp. Split easily, but others a nightmare. All burns well though one is dry. I have quite a few bits I've give up on though that just sit on the bonfire slowly burning through.
  22. Sorry, negligent typing😄
  23. ?. .😅😅😅
  24. I've had 2 at 60 and 62 plate. Good cars mpg as above, great to drive on off road but a bit small inside for the size. Oh more comfortable than my wife Audi a6 on the motorway. Sold mind to buy a tipper and a6.
  25. Been windy but ok now. PFF to Longleat with kids, hoping it stays dry.
