  4. Sorry to ofend anyone. I felt the lack of information or viewable listed web-site was a bit suspect and whole advert was in need of re-thinking (not saying my adverts for staff have been much better). I also do not imply that the company supplying the advert are in any way not legit and would not discredit them in anyway about their business activities or their staff. Just a hapless remark about an advert with no agenda to offend or shock other abtalk users.
  5. umm we have a submerged forest where i live wonder if i could get the VAT back on a new fishing boat......ohh i mean logging boat.
  6. Looks a little dodgy. Maybe the pikeys have got more work than they can handle and need to sub some of it out. Least it would be cash in hand and you wouldnt need to worry about H&S and disposal of waste.
  7. I will be using them on other things as well i did think of tape but alot of hassel if wet and if i wanted to remove after i while it may troublesum.

  15. I'm looking to secure a carabiner in one place on my rope to make sure i stays in place when assending and am also looking to secure my pully line bit closer to my friction hitch to make it smoother any one used a Band-It tool to solve these problems and if so how did you get on with them? Cheers

    Poplar ident

Y i thought black italian poluar, always heavy lower limbs and slight lean and bark is perfect match.
  19. 12 quage and a reserve spot for a few bodies in the local grave yard seems the only way these days.
  20. Glad to see your climbing now fi. I manage over 1200 acres of forest which i have free run off plus various contracts which keep my hand in 80% of the woodland of west somerset and feel the luckiest man in the world. If i could i would do it for free 7 days a week. I am also lucky enough to plant my own woodland which will grow old as i will and in years time my grandchildren can say I am responsable for this. who needs a city job and a fancy car.
  21. it would seem that way. Also recently invested in some better security.
