  13. haha this is true , i dont think it will be too long before it is realized that there is a need for dealing with individual windblown trees . i cant see that down in these parts we will be running any multiple windblow courses

  16. i was putting up the Christmas lights in my local village of Newly , 11.00 came and not a sound could be heard . mind you it was fecking freezing sat hanging from a scaffold structure in a harness lol . it really is sad that some people can not spare 2 mins on this day to pay respect for the service men and women who have paid the ultimate sacrifice to defend and represent their country.
  17. give Timber cutter Dartmoor a shout , im sure he has a load roadside at the moment
  18. from what was mentioned at the assessors meeting last week this is pretty much the case . for what its worth the new multiple windblow is almost impossible to set up , i worked out that you will need half a woodland to blow over to facilitate such a course the new framework will be pretty much the same for nptc city&guilds or lantra awards .
  19. not a good idea , you will get more vibration and there is a certain drone the occurs that i found unbearable , i discussed this at length with the fitter at western power and they agreed that it was a foolish idea to go to a solid flywheel , they did a few but found in the long run there were further problems . they now only do this conversion to mwb-lwb tansits !!
  20. what are the issues / symptoms ?
