  7. How long can a Mach 3 Turbo blade last, just had a shower and needed a shave, went for the razer "#ollocks" that same old refill again that I keep forgetting to replace! Each shave becoming progressivly more painfull, as the blade half cuts through the brisstles then tears in off your face!!

  11. I like it! That's one hell of a drop side, it will make a ramp. It's going to be one machine does it all, like a transformer arb trucks in diguise! or perhaps a swiss army arb truck!
  12. Due to the nature of this work (habitat creation) do you think it's acceptable to wear spikes to access and work in the tree, to increase climber safety and introduce small wounds to create further habitat for pathogens and plants?
  13. Be careful if importing waste or timber to the site from other jobs, especially from arb as this is not forestry/agriculture!
  14. Keep a low profile and do what you need to do, as long as you don't cause a nuisance to anyone there won't be a problem. The second you contact the authorities you will plant a seed for all sorts of issues. planning permission, permits, business rates and all the associated restrictions and costs which probably won't be sustainable for your requirements, leaving you with land that is useless for your needs.
  15. You must be a haggis then, can't beat it with a stovie!
  16. How come you are always working on a bank or cliff??

  18. ebay have it sewn up, will take a big player with millions to invest to take them on.
  19. Could cut both ways with local authorities, perhaps some will cut their arb teams back and use contractors when required, or some may use more in house resources to make a saving. Has anyone that has regular LA contracts noted any change?
  20. Used to watch when it was on Channel 4, do you need sky to view now?
  21. I suspect once I suspect once allocated grant funding has been used up from the previous government, that will be it. This new government are dead set to fill the deficit, but stopping funding and increasing vat to 20% will perhaps have a negative effect as people my feel they have to hold onto their cash and ride the storm?
