  1. Don't forget to add import duty
  2. Provided the training agreement is properly worded you start by holding any "in hand" and unpaid wages against the continually depreciating balance. Any remaining unpaid balance could be chased through the small claims courts with no need for lawyers.
  3. Disconnect the battery earth, make sure hoses are protected from welding splatter Send Bolam the bill if I am wrong
  4. But is it legal? If you need to send someone on a course you have to foot the bill, the whole bill
  5. Hmmmm Note to self, check the bits box for 026 parts
  6. Only if you are certain there are no witnesses, video evidence and suchlike. If you cant be sure, your actions should be limited to the use of "reasonable force" which will probably stop a long way short of opening the second can of ass whooping.
  7. Bolam, write out 100 times the 088 is not a pruning tool:laugh1:
  8. If you miss 3 times with a throw line its ok to spike the tree.....discuss.....:laugh1:
  9. So it would seem, another cheat caught out
  10. Magnum, didn't he have the mate with a helicopter?
  11. Magnum saws had a bigger pot and piston The 038 was a good tool.................back in the day, left behind in modern power to weight standards
  12. Highly skilled smith sounds like a good idea. The blade ought to be made of a half decent carbon steel, get your blacksmith to forge it into a knife, junk the rest and buy a decent set:laugh1::laugh1:
  13. That's a breather on a gear box and it shouldn't have hydraulic oil in it How to stop it is probably the wrong question, why has it started spitting oil out is probably a better one What's a z20E?
  14. If they want a slice out of the job, particularly a chunk that size, you need to know that going in so you can add it to the price, anything else is buying work in.
  15. Mend it with a new one Any repair like welding or brazing is going to mean highly localised heating with extreme temperatures. For a strip material like a blade that means distortion loss of the required qualities such as hardness, temper and durability Have a go if you have nothing better to do but if you are in a situation where you have to pay someone to do it, its hard to see how you can make it commercially viable
  16. Share then, which ones?
  17. Linky no worky
  18. Like the man says proper management of what you have Its all well and good doing the suck it and see approach as long as you are ready for the learning curve
  19. Arb rigging rope is a tad extravagant for pulling when inexpensive polly prop will do what's needed.
  20. Pferd (horse) brand are hard to fault, save edge are good but smaller dia they can be quite breakable

    Small airline

Why bother with an airline at all? a cropped brush will get it plenty clean for most things and if your OCD needs it any cleaner take it to a compressor now and again
  22. You need a ballast resistor, a quick and cheap fix
  23. Trying to do too many things with one valve is what's causing your problems, put the functions on individual services and if you can put the motor on its own dedicated circuit, you might need a tandem pump to sort that out.
  24. Funny you should mention that, novelty acts are seldom popular
  25. A "big shot" (inferior copies are also available) will cure a lot of your issues.
