Provided the training agreement is properly worded you start by holding any "in hand" and unpaid wages against the continually depreciating balance. Any remaining unpaid balance could be chased through the small claims courts with no need for lawyers. -

Only if you are certain there are no witnesses, video evidence and suchlike. If you cant be sure, your actions should be limited to the use of "reasonable force" which will probably stop a long way short of opening the second can of ass whooping.

Highly skilled smith sounds like a good idea. The blade ought to be made of a half decent carbon steel, get your blacksmith to forge it into a knife, junk the rest and buy a decent set:laugh1::laugh1:

Mend it with a new one Any repair like welding or brazing is going to mean highly localised heating with extreme temperatures. For a strip material like a blade that means distortion loss of the required qualities such as hardness, temper and durability Have a go if you have nothing better to do but if you are in a situation where you have to pay someone to do it, its hard to see how you can make it commercially viable

Arb rigging rope is a tad extravagant for pulling when inexpensive polly prop will do what's needed.

Why bother with an airline at all? a cropped brush will get it plenty clean for most things and if your OCD needs it any cleaner take it to a compressor now and again

Trying to do too many things with one valve is what's causing your problems, put the functions on individual services and if you can put the motor on its own dedicated circuit, you might need a tandem pump to sort that out.
