Instagram is a really quick coke dealer, well it was in the 80's and that's where I like to live:laugh1:
  2. That will come in handy for not treading on peoples toes then:laugh1:
  3. So before I send any pictures, who are the partners?. Is this for the altruistic benefit of the industry or is it some sort of private concern?

Tell him I said Hi, and stop smoking

    decking

Put netting on it and keep the kids in there
  6. My advice on that is don't get involved in that Bad taper and fire damage means low (firewood) value, public access means nails and worse inclusions. Low volume means the transport will probably be more expensive. If the timber is that valuable let the punter sell it, think of the extra profit they will make by cutting out the middle man
  7. Waste is something you can charge money to deal with, its all about the money.
  8. I get the feeling this news is only just filtering through in the provinces, its been on the cards for a long time. Most of us connected with trees can get rid of chip and timber FOC, just cultivate some tip off sites, allotments will always usually take chip and you often have to beat the fire wood fairy's off with a shitty stick.
  9. Sycamore is the cockroach of the tree world and hard to kill, a bit of partial die back through squirrel damage isn't uncommon but sudden death is probably something to do with a bottle marked monsanto.
  10. It says 2 arbs reporting rather than 2 reports. Confused? You will be after......
  11. My money is on Acer palmatum dissectum
  12. I would swap the rope for Sirius from Teufelberger
  13. A decent climber has the potential to average 150/day, going out for less is a fools charter. The before tax is usually for PAYE The main problem is going to be continuity.
  14. I think there is a link to the "show us your yard" thread
  15. Ha ha He had one but worked him nearly to death, literally:laugh1: Seriously Simon, Its the way to go forward. Go for it
  16. No, leave the guy alone. There have been any number of posts on here that were deleted and replaced with "please use arbtrader" by the site admin. If things have changed and that's no longer policy then fine but its not your place to be calling someone for what was/is the rules.
  17. Home - Service Metals
  18. It would probably mean having to use a duromatic (other brands are available) bar.
  19. It makes then a little heavier, other than that, nothing you would notice
  20. Don't worry about the single wheel, instead call the dealer and ask him how much payload you will have and watch him squirm:laugh1: Standard tipper has about 1200kg,= of payload, add 2 blokes at about 100 kg each and you are down to 1000 ish add a chip box, a few saws, some ropes, a tank of fuel and the weight of the front drivetrain and your payload could be as low as 500kg:blushing: 3500kg MAM vehicles don't work well and as AWD are a disaster:thumbdown:
  21. That sounds like the blade gap is too big
  22. Never mind the mystery object, I want to know why the Cornish wood burner has a COAL scuttle?????
  23. Are they sharp? If they aren't you haven't a prayer
  24. If you want it to look good, there is just as much involved. Many areas are individually much smaller which can make life a little easier but its not a game changer. A good finish is all about the prep. Colour changes are much more work, if you don't do the reveals it will look like a bodge every time you open a door.
  25. Absolutely, if you are going to get one be sure first I like this one for humour
