  1. On such a small displacement engine you only need a little leakage to cause problems
  2. But as you pull the string the engine draws whatever is in the crankcase into the combustion chamber, so any excessive amount of fuel gets dragged up from a relatively large space into a small one.
  3. Just send the youngest and most dispensable member of staff :laugh1:
  4. Earlier you made reference to the current situation in Canada, let me ask you this, do you think the people of that province give a shyte about the cobra when all they own is turning to charcoal? WTF is a CDF smoke jumper, I don't think we have those in the UK
  5. Lets re visit this when you can cite case law, chapter and verse to back this up.
  6. Dude, that's very sad for those folks but where is the relevance to cobra bracing? If you don't have an answer feel free to just change the subject again. we don't live there, we are in the UK
  7. Fire? well I will give you that trees do burn but, you do know that you are talking to people largely located in the UK don't you? A place where when people go brown in the summer its likely to be rust rather than sunburn. So how many cobra failures are attributed to fire damage, how many cobra failures are documented over all? Don't know?, no me neither. Case dismissed
  8. In a word, yes. Anderson types come in a variety of amp capacities from lightweight ones that are suitable to carry a charge supply, to bigger ones that will run a tipper pump without the need for a second battery.
  9. The only thing mounted in the trailer would be the battery, the split charge system is fitted to the car but its weight is only grams It will run off a 7 pin socket, some run the live for the charge system from the lights but that's definitely non standard. An aux (caravan) socket is a better idea but better yet is an Anderson type connector
  10. But your honour, since the fire that caused the melting burned the structure to the ground its all a bit of a moot point Bar room lawyers do make me laugh:laugh1:
  11. Museum my buttocks, that's still front line kit in some places particularly ebay Manual Pocket Chainsaw
  12. There will be more to come, it loves to spread near flowing water
  13. JKW and a bit of ivy
  14. They aren't that hard, probably says more about the files than anything:laugh1:
  15. Do you KNOW there is a TPO? Ask the LA tree officer or planning section
  16. Or support the site by paying for an advert Just sayin,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
  17. That's why I said shop rather than garage
  18. Plus 1 from me on that, if it happens on a shop I reward the discourtesy by waking out and spending my cash elsewhere
  19. When he was a no hoper perhaps but the nearer he gets the more careful he will become
  20. We have a policy with gocompare, they were the cheapest I could find without loosing the will to live, what scam are they running?
  21. A city tenement is the same wherever the city is
  22. Well a full size set would be cumbersome but the bottles do come in small as well, google portapack for easily hand transportable sets.
  23. A tree mans tool chest is generally full of things containing petrol, setting about that with a flame cutter can be a bad idea, not that the scrote cares but I wouldn't want to be asleep in the building if they did.
  24. Wait till you need a digital one, particularly inedible !
  25. Higher temperatures? OK there is a heat island affect but its not going to make that much difference particularly if you put the roots in a planter Trafford will never be Tropez so be prepared to be disappointed, they should have left Picadilly Gardens as it was, instead of getting me to fell all those Plane trees a few years back
