Well im just going by what my accountant was saying the other week when we had a meeting. More money to him as usual.

One of the reasons banks are cutting overdrafts is that they have to have that money in there accounts (looks good for the goverment)therefore cant use it.If they give you a loan instead of an overdraft as most are doing now they are getting that money back over a period.

Im just going on with what my son in law has said compared to the uk rules and regs. Thats why he likes it plus its better weather most of the time.

I tried NFU last year and they would only insure on a single policy per vehicle .I might have saved a load of dosh due to vandal claims if i had gone down that route.You lose your NC on a fleet policy on a sliding scale depending on your claim history VL will do a fleet policy for as little as three vehicles.

Get a good accountant and he will advise and might also save you money. They are often worth there charges

If work started after the new vat rate came in you are supposed to pay that rate. You could always say you started on the 3rd which would mean vat at 17% ,your choice! Sorry Rupe you posted similar.

You wont get a nuffield cheap as a lot of guys are doing them up for ploughing matches. There are a lot of dealers just buying them for spares as there worth a mint. £1750 is not a lot for an old tractor nowaday's I think im in the wrong trade.lol

I would buy a Leyland but they have also started to go up in price or an old Zetor.

Just ticking over now (could be worse)but im not alone ask anyone in business. Privates often dont like paying much for anything except fancy cloths or cars,they dont think that anyone else deserves to make a living and there are to many people on the dole doing jobs I pity anyone starting up now in just a tree busines ,they would be better to have more seeds in the barrow imo.

Hi Guys. Been looking at prices for 395 / 660 down here in the bordeaux area but prices are crazy, 1400/1600 eurosrespectfully . Does anyone know a cheap supplier down here or will i have to get one sent over?.
