I think gas repairs and tree felling are slighty different work .When a gas boiler etc goes it can wipe out a lot of people. As far as repairing your own gas system if something goes wrong you are liable . I think mark bolams post was a bit tong and cheek and meant no harm. Does the casual guys down your way do a full dismantle as a "hommer"?.

Im sorry if i came across as sounding patronishing as it wasn't meant to be all i can do is apolise.And i never thought you were fools either. I have maybe a very strict accountant who is also a friend also my cousin is a tax inspector (handy sometimes). What they say is you can put in for drink but it wont necessarily go through your companies books it will come off your own personal tax allowance. It is stupid because you can claim for meals and it is a lot but not for alcohol, why i dont know. I also am limited and dont like paying tax.

I have a D200 and never use it since i started going blind,its an age thing for all you young "people". I just use a pana tz3 work /tz5 pleasure, not an slr i know but still decent pic's due to the lense quality. whatever you buy get an extra battery as that in my opinion is a must.

That seems to be the world we live in and you cant touch them as its you that will get done. You forgot to mention if you are on drugs , you can get a dog and get money to keep it.(thats one of my pet hates) enough said.

H guys just back from a spell in canada and boy was it cold , just -32. Back on track: Electrolux manufacture both saws as well as a few other brands and they all have there own merits. But i think husky/jonsered are the cream of there saw's therefore take your pick but dont discount stihl. And there is nothing wrong with a skoda apart from its name.

Husqvarna are doing exactly the same, finding cheaper ways to produce the saws making them poorer quality in the process. Is that not since the owner electrolux got more involved?.

When i get an upgrade my phone the wife gets the new one and i keep my (brick) nokia 6210i as its fine and simple and it bounces.

A mechanic i know payed £850.00 for a 53 plate pug 406 hdi top of the range with 51000 genuine miles at auction last week ,sold it for £1200.00 next day. Secondhand vehicles or anything else is only worth what someones willing to pay.

Only if your a sole trader. Most utilities companies prefer a ltd company also it depends on your takings whether it is to your advantage to go ltd. I would strongly advise speaking to good accountant and not a freelance one ,to many cowboys in that trade also. Sorry BUZZ i was having a "nap"
