1. If he had a blade that would split it into quarters it would well speed it up. Nice bit of work though making that.
2. First vid at 6:35 looked like it took him a bit by surprise.
3. I;m gonna look at the vids again just to make sure. Because I'm not very good and it didnt bowl me over.
4. Flooding of the road that may have caused root problems?
5. An Umpa Lumpa if ever I saw one.
6. I'll give you a tip. Make sure you tighten the grub screws up. Otherwise the shaft can spin in the bearing knackering the shaft. Apparently:blushing:
7. As Bob says if you HAVE to lower stuff your self because of bad groundstaff then sort them out! If your on your own or are just getting a bit out the way while they are busy then fair enough.
8. Any pics of the offending bearings on the 150? Just out of interest.
9. Ha too true! Owning a helicopter is one of my musts in life before I die. A real one BTW, I have a few small ones.
10. HA yeah, drill a hole in the outer casing and tap a thread that will take a grease nipple. Job done give me £90 + VAT per bearing, guaranteed to last longer* than a standard bearing. * May depend on the weather and or seismic activety.
11. Even if none exist(or as mentioned above its very compact and not much space) surely a bearing manufacture could come up with something and make a good few quid!
12. Try putting a stain remover in. I used something like oxy clean to get some engine oil out of a hi viz jacket, worked sort of, well it was better than just normal washing tablets.
13. Ha. For some reason I thought 38 was climbing with a saw. Anyway good luck.
14. Pity that, but yeah I could see them doing some kind of upgrade kit if it was easy enough/possible. Although I'm sure I read somewhere on AT that someone had or was doing a bearing upgrade. Was quite a while ago though.
15. I think because they weigh under the magic 750kg also helps the sales. If I had one I would seriously look at getting an upgraded greasable bearing in there, cant be rocket science to get one fitted/made up.
16. Horrible news to hear. All the best to him and hope they can save his leg.
17. Doesnt poplar spit and burn really quick?
18. If your just doing the exam with no training then the best of British to you, you may need it! I hope you never have to rescue me if you pass.
19. Oh chill out its a joke. The first bit up to the scrap cars is probably right though. I come from a council estate:laugh1:

A few pics.
21. "I said tell him we were pushed into the water!!"
22. How much would it affect your personal life if you did just sack him? I hate thieves myself, I would like to see a bit of corporal punishment used tbh, but, maybe some of the above about asking him to explain the cctv footage and listening to what he says. If he had nothing to do with my personal, out of work life he would be gone.
23. If the house has a new roof, windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom but there are scrap cars on the driveway, engine parts everywhere two american pitbulls tied up in the back living in their own crap and they burn all their rubbish in the garden rather than put it in the wheelie bin then there is a good chance it council owned.
24. Other way around. A good few years ago I priced something like £180 to remove a limb from a syc, the other quote they had was something like £2500.(rough figures but was something stupid like that) Although Ive had a few of those were someone has priced ridiculously high, no doubt to not get the job.
