  1. Reach it to the side, technically it would lift full capacity straight up, not 1200KG (I would not fancy it mined) Even straight up it can't be over 10M, 7M reach (2 extensions) plus bed hight, plus king post.
  2. Its little wonder people don't understand his actions when they are so ill informed.
  3. 14M reach? it only looks to to have two extensions, which would be 7M. My palfinger is 14M and has 5 extensions.
  4. Yep!! My scag amazes me with what it can handle and the quality of the finish
  5. As for looking "fake" how can a hedge look anything but fake, hedges don't really get trimmed naturally.
  6. The customer is aways right, advise them that it may end up going brown and will never recover, but if thats what the want thats what they get, after all they are the ones paying the bill. PS, I'm a "tree service" Co, not a "tree care" Co
  7. In the modern world of fake news and establishment fabrication is ever possible for us to genuinely know much truth about any public figure??
  8. Because they share vetting information with the USA about people traveling there, unlike the countries on the list. How can anyone not know this???
  9. I think this is key. I first ran mine on the David Brown 885, the PTO had to be running at full 540 to prevent stalling on bigger or knotty stuff, this IMO is way to fast causing a lot of smashed up timber. Running it with the mog on the 540 PTO, but only on fast idle, what a difference!! nice and slow, much less mess and more uniform logs. Its never going to make the kind of logs you get of a processor, but its very fast and makes stuff thats ideal for my boiler and the less fussy log customer
  10. I've not shaved for about 25 years, I don't even do my neck. Just keep it trimmed with a trimmer. Shaving has always struck me as a bit of transvestism, only my opinion of cause
  11. My son used to come with me as a toddler, as you say a real hit!! I have clients that first met him then and are shocked when I point out that he is now the 6'3" guy felling the tree in their garden, he will be 21 in March………..where does the time go???
  12. If I'm looking on the way to or from a job, I'm just in my (very scruffy) work gear. If looking at weekend or evening it's smart casual and my lucky hat
  13. Really sorry to read this, hope you get sorted ASAP.
  14. If there is 10 cube, carry out the job at the end of the quarter, spreading it over the end of that quarter and the start of the next.
  15. Dry wood on the correct stove is smokeless.
  16. Trees are much stronger than many believe. I dismantled a large Beech that local youths had be lighting fires at the base of for years. It looked very, very unsafe, it was burnt at lest three quarter of the way through. I threw a rope up into the crown and pulled it with the mog, absolutely solid!!
  17. Err no, he did not win the popular vote, he lost by more than 3million.
  18. Is this a question or a request?
  19. Increasing the surface area will reduce the ground pressure, not increase it.
  20. The biggest factor in the success of the economy is confidence, the fact that we are still well despite all the whinging remoaner speaks volumes, IMO. As for foreign worker, there is no reason we cannot have "required workers" list, where people apply for a job while still outside the country and are allowed in if successful.
