Transits get stuck on a wet level playing Feild , they are great for residential work useless In bad conditions ,a few years back when it was really cold we lost at least a months work as I could not even drive the transit out the yard with the chipper on ... If your doing parkland , playing fields big gardens then a 4x4 is a must especially if you live in locations like hodge where a 4x4 is completely necessary full stop!

Must be showing it different on the app ! The gladiators are ok I've had a couple of pairs but I found my self wading through stuff thinking they will be fine ... Err and they get caught on the back wrecking them !

Personally would probably not wear any thing else , one of the best features on these trousers is the tick guards as standard on them , until other manufactures start putting them in I won't wear any thing else.. Plus the fact they are the lightest ,most durable, flexible and comfy trousers out there.

395 is fine on a 3/8 36" standard chain ,have rang up 100's of tonnes of hard wood with it , nice fresh ash that gums up your chain is no bother .... Would say it's noticeably quicker than an 880 on a 36" as well last time I put them side by side.

The Sugi steel does not burr up as quick it's possibly slightly heavier in weight but then it just is a bit more heavy duty even though it's the lite version !I've had no issues with the sprocket ,the Oregon seized quite a few times and ended up a slack unpredictably Mess... Plus it looks better for posing pics

Think they have more importance than ever for wild life , this year I've done more than I have in my career that have been specced in to work by surveyors and consultants than me suggesting it as a nice idea on monoliths or retrenchment prunes to clients. -
2001 The uniforest is the only one that will bolt straight on with out an adapter or so I was told by Riko.

AGT alpine tractor.. It has nothing to do with cutting shafts as it's physically impossible to raise the machine with the shafts any longer than shown but just wanted to know though how any one running an alpine and the same winch has overcome this.... Tom and Charlie who run alpine have had to have an adapter if any one could share pics of there's that would be great.

Climbing equivalent to the tirols but a bit softer... Good boots maybe not as robust.

Yes Jon lot wider than meindles , I have wide feet and no bother with the Tirol they take a lot of breaking in though. -

Not sure mate , but I've tried every way possible of trying and it won't work properly , I did toy of removing the roll pin on the thicker shaft so the smaller spline could have an extra 2-3" but if the winch goes side ways under tension it will probably rip the pto box out the tractor when it hits the other shaft , and that's quite likely winching!!.. It would be fine in theory as long as the pto is lowered but It's too much of a risk worth taking....

I was thinking that Charlie but the tajfun is probably different from the igland and may require a different adapter? I was thinking of using a cat linkage to save time fabricating but have no idea of what the adapter looks like , I can get my local workshop to make one up if we have an idea of what we are looking for !

Yeah I get that Stevie I've cut plenty before and never had problems !! The pto falls out on flat ground now and still needs to be shorter ...Tom d will tell you that it can't be made to fit as he had to get an adapter for his igland on his alpine , the bottom link pins are too far back and the pto box to far forward for small tractors... Even though the winch is for a small tractor !

It's not the pto length or arms it needs an adapter I've been told this already I just need a pic of what others are running on there alpines so I can take it in to FMS and get one made up.
