  1. Two burning questions, how are they holding up long term, and can you fit an iPhone 6 in an otter box in the phone pocket?
  2. I had the same issue with mine, but it was the flywheel walking down the shaft that opened the gap, as they hadn't torqued the bolts in the taperlock bush properly. You shouldn't have to bend the bracket to gap it correctly, unless it's a different setup to mine.

    Winch leads

Indeed it does, but it's a very short distance back to the battery, and a fairly short duty cycle compared to running a winch for several minutes at a time. It would certainly work, but it's not advisable.

You could join with one of these. 10.0mm Copper Tube Butt Splice| MeteorElectrical.com

It's not ideal, steel is a very poor conductor, when you get into the amperages required by the winch a copper cable back to the battery is a much safer option.
  6. No stress won't affect reverse. Is the throttle slipping? Anything less than full revs will affect roller speed.
  7. Mines out in all kinds of weather, never had any problems.
  8. Or two resistors. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/like/221438318640?adgroupid=16885268106&hlpht=true&hlpv=2&rlsatarget=kwd-124272972786&ul_ref=http%253A%252F%252Frover.ebay.com%252Frover%252F1%252F710-134428-41853-0%252F2%253Fipn%253Dicep%2526icep_id%253D67%2526mtid%253D1673%2526kwid%253D1%2526crlp%253D64198248666_563391%2526icep_item_id%253D221438318640%2526itemid%253D221438318640%2526icep_meta_categ_id%253D131090%2526icep_etrs%253DY%2526icep_epid%253D-999%2526icep_ctlg%253D-999%2526icep_cond%253DNew%2526targetid%253D124272972786%2526rlsatarget%253Dkwd-124272972786%2526rpc%253D0.15%2526rpc_upld_id%253D55559%2526device%253Dm%2526icep_msku_flag%253Dn%2526icep_cbt%253Dn%2526adtype%253Dpla%2526loc%253D9045999%2526poi%253D1006753%2526campaignid%253D270621186%2526adgroupid%253D16885268106%2526gclid%253DCJCnl4-GkMgCFevpwgodylIP1A%2526srcrot%253D710-134428-41853-0%2526rvr_id%253D900678976016&adtype=pla&ff3=1&lpid=122&poi=1006753&ul_noapp=true&limghlpsr=true&ff19=0&device=m&chn=ps&campaignid=270621186&crdt=0&ff12=67&ff11=ICEP3.0.0-L&ff14=122&viphx=1&ops=true&ff13=80

That's been for sale forever! Not surprising really, looks terrible, can't begin to imagine what they were thinking.
  13. The difference now is that a big section of the electorate wouldn't dream of buying a newspaper. Just as YouTube and podcasts are destroying the cable tv industry, social media is revolutionising politics.
  14. My key machine is 35 years old, suffers from fuelling and emissions issues sometimes, but I have to look after it as I can't get another one.....
  15. Yes, they keep the rain out but they also keep the sweat in. Fine in cold weather but not much fun any other time.

  17. Just make sure you get the right template to start with, it can be a pain to change later.
  18. I think you would be ok with easy books, I moved from quick books and didn't find it too much of a problem.
  19. I'm too lazy to do that without a crane. Bit too far for me to pick up the timber, I'm not desperate for welly as I took down 7 big ones last year.
  20. Euonymus, and yes to the hard pruning. I would probably srt it to, you don't want fatigue to set in halfway round.
  21. Compact or alpine tractor is a better choice for flail mowing, pto flail mowers are cheap and easy to obtain. You could also run a skidding grapple on a 3pl. If you really want to go down the mini loader route, look at hyd flow rate closely, you will want 40-50 lpm to run a 1 metre flail, plus the flow to drive the machine. Try to get a demo of the machine with flail if possible. Multione UK have a demo flail unit unless they've sold it very recently.
  22. I took my wife's 10 year old TT to the main Audi dealer to get a new key. Cost of key was eye watering, but they found a minor warranty issue was outstanding on the car, and did that at the same time. I sat in their very smart showroom for an hour in my sawdust covered scruffs, and was treated like royalty. In fact I was offered free coffee no less than five times.
  23. Where is the job?
  24. Got access for a lorry?
  25. Tree work is the single worst job out there. Except for all the others.
