  1. The new guidelines for NHS treatment of leg fractures will probably involve a vet and a rifle, so SSP will be a thing of the past anyway.
  2. They get you coming and going though, using self employment to avoid the expense and hassle of employment can be expensive in the long run if you get caught out.
  3. Harsh for small employees too.......
  4. Any decent plant hire firm will have suitable compressors,
  5. I have a few bits and pieces, and I'm not a million miles away. What are you specifically interested in?
  6. It's a good 15 metres tall, never seen a laburnum that big.
  7. Whole tree
  8. Twigs
  9. Any thoughts?
  10. That's not what she said.
  11. That is really horrendous, pretty much the worst nightmare of any climber. RIP Martin.
  12. I've heard it called Partridge Berry Bush. Apparently keepers like it for cover/planting in release pens.
  13. Crane would be the best way, failing that fell onto a brash mat. I would just do whatever the ecologist asks for, it's on them at the end of the day.
  14. LED Autolamps 151BARE 12v 3 Function 150 x 80mm Rear Light Just over £10 each, they don't stick out an don't seem to get caught as much.
  15. Hmm, maybe I shouldn't have used one to winch a 500kg boat yesterday then.
  16. I'd be happy to take a look at that for you, 07875 386674 or [email protected].
  17. The gym I used to go to had a little charity rowing comp, I put in a slightly under 6 minute time, and the guy running the comp checked the time against the indoor British championships times from the previous year. My time would have placed me 70th in the UK in my weight class. If your doing interval training start with shorter intervals, 20-30 seconds, spaced further apart, then work the intervals up and the spaces down. The idea is to get your heart rate up during the intense part of the workout, and it will stay up while your on the relaxed part of the workout.
  18. Can't plant ash though, unless you have some of your own to plant.
  19. Interval training is very effective if you feel like your progress has tapered off
  20. That's pretty good for three weeks in. I struggle to use it consistently, one week I'll do loads then the next work takes over. I'm in the 1:50 500m range over 2k, some way off my old times though, used to do 2 k in just over 6 minutes.
  21. The worst that can happen is that you coppice it and it doesn't come back. You can't lay it as it is, so you might as well give it a go!
  22. I'm pretty sure you could coppice that and get strong regrowth.
  23. I have a concept 2. I like the rush of cool air from the fan. Not sure I'd describe myself as keen exactly, used to enjoy it a lot more when I was lighter younger and fitter.
  24. Oh yes, just watched the video. Must say if you'd been doing that offer last year I would have bought one instead of the Predator.
  25. Is that a multi tip wheel?
