  1. I set my system up with an unvented radiator circuit. I put an expansion vessel and a 3 bar blowoff valve in and never had any issues. I'm not a plumber though so don't take my advice. Why do you want to use a pressurised system? If it's to work with a combi boiler then running the same water through the back boiler is a bad idea, a heat exchanger and two seperate systems is a much better idea. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  3. Sorry not making them any more.
  4. Co-op is also one the better ethical banks, ie they don't invest in selling guns to children etc. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. Yes you do. Still cheaper than many of the other options. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  6. Wet t shirt by the look of it.
  7. Sheeting systems - Transcover - For the waste and construction industry Harsh make something similar.
  8. I've never been charged a penny in fees by my business bank. No overdraft though. Plus they pay me £25 every year for the privilege of being my bank. (Co-operative FSB account if you're wondering)
  9. It does spill over a bit if you try to brim it, a proper roller tarp with sides would be the best with a front mounted crane I think.
  10. Sorry to hear that, hope you get the stuff back.
  11. If it's taken 10 years to mow 6 acres I think you need a bigger tractor. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. Use mine in all weathers, they are designed to be stuck on motorbike helmets, can't get much more exposed than that. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. Sounds like you need a jo beau or one of the little GM machines rather than a tracked machine.
  14. At a guess, tw150vtr. Won't be under 750 kg though, what is your upper weight limit?
  15. The biggest trailer you can tow with an 18 tonner is 20 tonnes, want a few horses for that mind.
  16. You need a drawbar hitch and air connections for the brakes. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. Same here 21.5 GTW. There is a drawbar version, called the Tector, 280bhp and 8 speed zf gearbox.
  18. 18 tonner. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  19. On timber haulage today. Plus some pics of bolsters and sockets. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. Iv only put one tyre on it in 6 years, that was £300 I think. Tax is £650 a year. Inspections every 6 weeks cost me about £70. Mot is about £100. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. I'll get one tomorrow. Find the cross members under the floor, and weld some box section in where the cross members meet the side runners.
  22. Nice one, just put some high sides on and take her to work.
  23. You know your customer base Hodge, but I do mostly domestic work and it gets up lots of driveways. On the rare occasion it won't fit on a drive, that's where the mini loader comes into it's own, slightly longer drag to get to roadside, no problem. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. It's far from finished, needs a little bit of bracing, a tree pusher on the top and a proper heel at the bottom of the mounting plate before I paint it. Having said that it's pretty strong as it is. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. I debated that one for ages, in the end I went with 1 piece sides because they are easier to remove and replace, and I don't need a standard drop side body, it's either a flat with bolsters or a big chip box. I mostly tip to the passenger side, which is almost completely tool lockers so they hold the chip back, then once it's tipped I lock the steering over and reverse out. I never tip logs, everything is in lengths and unloaded with the crane. How exactly would a tail lift work with a rear mount crane stephen? Or do you mean transport it on the lift like you used to with your GM chipper? It's impracticable for towing a trailer and would just add unnecessary weight. I do have a divider to make a space at the front of the chip box where the mini loader goes, even with that on I still have 16 cubic metre capacity.
