  1. Tony's round!
  2. I'll give you £100.
  3. That seems sensible, I hope they give them a nice pressing with a crease down the middle.
  4. It would be good to see the same test on used boots.
  5. Damn! Shame it's not further south.
  6. Nice, did you put something in the core of the big eye?
  7. I can't really add more than Old Snake, it can be a real bitch to splice.
  8. Trouble with the bury? How many cover strands are you removing? Had no trouble with this 8mm.
  9. I had to go accredited.
  10. £600! CHAS cost me nothing like that.
  11. Only time I've heard it being used is for seed collecting when you HAVE to climb above your TIP.
  12. Ah, thanks Hadders.
  13. I think he means the stretch of the rope constantly rubbing against limbs.
  14. Why class 2, I thought class 1 was recommended for the new poly core AP? Whipping looks as if it's been pulled tight and a little messy, that's something I've been pulled up for before by a very experienced splicer.
  15. I've used the RW on PI (euro version) which I believe is the same as blue tounge, (it's all so confusing), I found it a lot bouncier than Tachyon but easier to grip.
  16. Thanks for posting that, really good!
  17. I did shorter burys on the AP e2e with much blunter tapers as I was told to do, still waiting for the break results, aye Drew. worked really well, not as stiff and they also didn't kill me. Odd that.
  18. Chortle. Shhh Rupe, the inner core of euro PI is different than the US version. I have spliced both.
  19. Quality!
  20. I'm experimenting, using myself as a guinea pig, don't copy me I'm insane.
