  5. It is recommended that you refresh every five years, note the word recommended. In practice it is becoming more common for this to be a requirement.
  6. I have been taking pictures of my work for quite a few years now, it's come in pretty handy with the current contract I am tendering for as they are asking for pictures of previous works, it's more than easy now to keep a record and it will do you no harm. Be careful about publishing your work publicly though.

  22. As soon as you put Class A's on and climb a tree with a chainsaw you will get this over whelming desire to force the saw into the back of you leg. Don't do that it will really hurt. I've not worn Class C for years. My avatar picture? Class A's.
  23. As well as a brass jet wearing out quickly I thought? Could have made that up though.
  24. Answering your thread title question, yes.
  25. Use an airline.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
