    It is recommended that you refresh every five years, note the word recommended. In practice it is becoming more common for this to be a requirement.

    I have been taking pictures of my work for quite a few years now, it's come in pretty handy with the current contract I am tendering for as they are asking for pictures of previous works, it's more than easy now to keep a record and it will do you no harm. Be careful about publishing your work publicly though.

    Amsteel is not really suitable for dynamic rigging though.

    As soon as you put Class A's on and climb a tree with a chainsaw you will get this over whelming desire to force the saw into the back of you leg. Don't do that it will really hurt. I've not worn Class C for years. My avatar picture? Class A's.
