  1. Ha here we go.
  2. Maybe it's time to start up that high class call girl business you have always talked about?
  3. Matty, it's pretty much the same, you have just to make and get used to some slight changes. GandT using a throwline to access a tree SRT is usual however I am not a huge user of the throwline because most of the trees I climb do not warrant one but I have climbed, throwing (rope advance) then tying a running bowline climbing up and so on, I have also climbed the traditional way and then swapped to SRT at the top, whatever works, climbing has to be a little fun so trying different things can make it that way.
  4. Hello Ben, good question, I guess you could indeed, I'm trying to picture it in my head!
  5. I cut a slice of a bicycle tyre. (Tony Sorenson:credit)

  7. I was using the RW today on some titchy Willow lifts, using a RH hand ascender, anchored at the base, so easy!
  8. I will not self tend if you ascend on spikes will it?
  9. You take a turn around the shank, then around your boot, you need nice long straps.
  10. I have never had and have never heard of anyone being stopped and having there eye protection checked for CE compliance. So if you can't wear them what do you do? Go without any eye protection or just go home? Bugs are not impact resistant but for keeping dust out of your eyes they are not bad, saying that it seems whatever I wear I get something in my eye anyway.
  11. I do around the 10" taper on the x over too.

  21. I remember this story from a while back, worn webbing thought to be the cause I believe. RIP. Skinner's Harness shows no signs of contamination | Rock Climbing Articles | Rockclimbing.com
  22. Yawn, I didn't realize this was going to be about WW2, as a speech it is brilliant, well written, almost like a prayer in the timing
