As it was in Germany, do the protesters have to have insurance or do they expect the place they're occupying to cover them.

 

Especially with those idiots that claimed the Dartford crossing, it's not as though you can reasonably cover that in your policy.

The problem is, there are two types of protestor. Some are soft as shite, and the ones who aren't, are thick as shite.

Whilst my comment was very much tongue in cheek, there is a certain amount of truth in your statement. It's very well known that people within organisations are promoted to the point at which they are incompetent, and the same can be said for any organised group really. It's rarely the most competent people shouting the loudest, in any situation.
