Ended up finding a few faults with the Kubota engine, including the piston broken and only held together by a stuck ring, and a hairline crack in a governor lever that is inside the casing - glad my mate spotted that!

One of the lads came back tonight rather unhappy with himself with this to show for his efforts. Should tcut out with a bit of elbow grease........

Massey is back in half for another clutch damper, that as near as makes no difference two years the HD one lasted. See page 13.

Knocked it in you mean.
Yeh looks like it has had a scar before I got her, unfortunately it's buckled round the headlight and alone the side panel almost to the door post so might need a who new skin or pick up a whole 2nd hand corner and spray it to match. Still works so it'll have to stay as is for a few weeks till I get time to sort it out.
