Looks like most of it’s be done for them [emoji23]

Always easy to comment from a keyboard but i would definitely say a key factor in repeat business is going the extra yard to leave a job mint. In a saturated market full of tree surgeons its little details that keep customers [emoji106]
Completely agree to leave site as you found it, but if the customer has said not to worry cos he's digging it up, then no issue as far as i can see.

had previously advised customer a year ago that it needed seriously reducing or preferably removing as the base was in poor condition.

will be back to remove the other two stems first job in January if the wind doesn’t bring it down before then 👍

Call out this morning, cat up tree be there since 6.30 last night owners worried it was getting cold. 

60ft up some big Alder coppice no limbs for 40ft, funny looking down at 2 people holding white sheet out incase it decided to jump. 

Got it just before it move and put it in carrier and lowered it down.
