Still raining here,  has been for the last week, forecast for the next ten days,  localised flooding, ground saturated,  I'm not even thinking of working, the grinder would create another Somme. The icing on the cake is I've got a leaking roof, got to wait for the weather to ease. Living the dream!

We had rain till about midnight then it changed to frozen rain then about 2-3" of snow on top of that over night but a 7am this morning it looked like today was going to be a sofa day as it was snowing very heavy but all stopped about 8ish and back to rain, Had a 5 month old Lab pup stood at back door this morn not quit knowing what to make of all this white stuff ? but it then discovered it was fun to be out in it,

Lovely quiet day with clear skies between snow showers, just above freezing

No work today or tomorrow. 25cm and still falling. Most snow we've had in fife in at least 10yrs.

Snow has mostly gone now , its about -1 at the mo but the wind is a complete bastard making it feel like -7 !
