Snow,sleet,hail,rain,wind.
All at the same time.
All day.
??‍♂️
Was up your way yesterday saul, me and the wife had a good ramble on the moors above holmfirth. It was cold and blustery but nice and crisp walking in the snow.

Rain n wind , rain n wind and then a real supprise on Wednesday, was up in the lakes surrounded by snow on the higher ground and it stayed dry most of the day and today rained nearly all day with a yellow warning for heavy rain over night, just hope i can get to Blackpool tomorrow going to watch all the episodes of Peter Kays Phoenix nights at the winter gardens on the big screen and really looking forward to it,

Trying to not let it get us down but we have had half a meter of rain this year!

Added on to the 840mm we had from the 21st of sept until Jan 1 its safe to say its been a tad soggy

Blue skies and sun here in West Cork this morning, managed a quick trot round the big field with the two dogs before heading for work. 
big black snow clouds rolling in from the west now though...

This winter has been the worst for me since I started working outdoors 12 years ago. It has cost a lot of money during the times where working was simply impossible.

 

The upside is it has motivated me to get off my ass and I've negotiated a workshop and more yard space on a local farm. From summer onward we'll be going indoors and making gates and panels, mortising posts etc when the weather is too severe for whatever job we're working on. 

 

Killer of a winter...
