"Neighbour" has deliberately planted a Salix Caprea next to our property.
AHPP replied to Coeden's topic in Trees and the Law
They're more pissed off about being bullied by their neighbour than they are about the tree itself. -
To be honest I thought the same thing. Wont be conducting any work etc.. Thanks I will have a look.

Morning gents, bit of rain through the night, dry for now. I'm off today, it was an easy start yesterday with 7 hours driving to almost the top of Scotland for work. Migies were wild! the boys are up again today to finish off. Away to take the good lady out for the day.

A rare treat to see a dealer actually put the price on something. So much stuff they just expect you to guess. Or they want you to call so they can gauge from your voice how much they can roll you for. Just have a bloody price. @monkeybusiness Bobcat

Depending where you are in East Midlands, Ranskill Hire would be a good option.

Torrential rain , thunder and lightening . Left the sunshine roof open in my truck ( DHO ) . Luckily the rain set the alarm off so it only half filled with water ! 🙂

I can see the problem, any wood needs drying and processing to become firewood but arb arisings are of a size that are much more readily handled and transported by non-professionals and it is not readily handled by wood processors either so not much commercial interest. Still if sawmill was local to me and I didn't have my arb arisings source I'd be interested in such wood. Anyone home processing needs a saw so as long as the sawmill is OK with it, wood can be cut before transport home in multiple trips.

Hello all. Are you an established business owner in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk or Suffolk and have at some point considered adding tree H&S surveys, BS5837 work, tender submissions, protected tree advice, veteran and/or woodland management plans to your business services but dropped the idea because its not your bag, the equipment or training requirements or you are too busy with the actual tree work? If so, do let me know if you are interested in a chat about how I can assist your business in these areas. There are plenty of options available - Services completed under your business banner or through my own (often preferred to demonstrate objectivity in work specs), and I have been providing the above for the last 2 decades. Examples, references and cv available if so required. Level 5 Arb (working on Level 6), Professional member of the AA, PTI, DBS clearance, PI, PL insurance etc. Why the marketing blurb? I am returning from a large scale national corporate position to small business again and I'm keen to build long term local relationships with those that see the mutually beneficial potential that exists, and of course unlocking new revenue streams from existing client bases and indeed new client opportunities.
