I would say hedge reduction is never easy, I am 49 ,can confirm that it’s time not to waste energy for small money 🤩, of course body going older I recommend bodybuilding once per week it will help it sounds strange but it is working , do not overuse anti inflammatory medication have contrast shower instead , sometimes of course a bit of doping is needed !

Most of the bloated SUVs and pick-ups I see around the place blocking up the roads, car parks and schools are pretty much spotless. They've never even had a sniff of off-road action I'd imagine. Just vanity vans, or single occupant 'boss mans'. Completely unnecessary imo. I doubt it would reduce the hard working man's (or Sharon's) earning potential one centime if they were swapped for real vans or even cars. (There's a Passat on here looking for a new home for starters.)

Evening all, I am relatively new to the industry (2 months), but fully ticketed up. I have all my climbing tickets, as well as Utilities tickets. I also have FAW+F, Sentinel card, CSCS Blue Card and Highways Passport. I am currently looking for work in the Shropshire and surrounding areas, and free for immediate start as FTE (preferred) or Self-Employed. As an ex-military man, I am a grafter, and always eager to learn. First on the tools and last off. Lover of the outdoors, and being among the trees. Downsides: I don't have all my own climbing kit yet, so I will be looking for work to help me build this up, or a firm that will help me accumulate it. I do have basic PPE though (boots, trousers, helmet et al).
