  1. Noticed today with a new batch of petrol with correct 2T mix it didn’t run very well in any of the tools and one saw which would run fine hardly started at all .also it didn’t seem to last as long before running out again .Seems like the prices go up and the quality goes down ..I’m sure a few years ago the quality of petrol was much better
  2. maybe changed there mind which way it was intended to fall lol
  3. Yep just a bad attempt at trying to make it more interesting for the average viewer . the program with the newbie farmers I find bit annoying ,My personal take on it was that they figured they could get a nice tv job out of it before just renting the land out for farming purposes.
  4. In some cases if your charging client x amount an hour and go work efficiently on a job you’ll find it’s seems too cheap but too late bye then.
  5. Trump blames Biden for what’s happened.as already pointed out a lot of things have gone wrong since trump was forced out .coincidence or not I’m not sure
  6. On the subject of ivy I don’t like the stuff as I found a few times that mature ivy bushes in trees /hedges would attract wasp nests to feed on the nectar .a few times I got badly attacked when up and close to the nest without realising.for some reason they seem to prefer established ivy and privet bushes .
  7. Any roadside trees over ? I fancy doing some community services 😀
  8. Keep getting junk mail after going on sites I’d previously ordered from but not logged in
  9. I have been baffled for years why sentences /fines etc in different counties seems to vary so much for similar offences .in some areas if someone shoplifts they won’t do anything if the value is below certain amount (200 I’m told before police intrested ) then there is other areas where if they took £20 worth then there being over punished .in one shop there were few regulars would constantly come back for more and no one would stop or challenge them and police would rarely ever turn up .I guess the message is do your homework first before taking miss Miggins to the local atm at 5am 😂
  10. Few seconds on a belt sander gets the edge back .id stick to microwave ready food much less faf involved 😂
  11. Just cut at 12ft and say misheard if any complaints.in and out in a day and easier to managed in the future .
  12. Possibly laurel as it always seems to get a bonfire going in no time even when green.
  13. I heard the early rav 4 were good capable off roaders .a good example can be probably be had for 2k .had a yaris of similar age that would go on forever .
  14. Is that right 🤦‍♂️ ...mush look after yer Fischer price tools then there not making anymore
  15. Some of the stuff (not all) looks almost real on the website .also seems well reviewed probably would receive some machine that looked like came straight from toys r us😂
  16. After looking at the Stihl models .i reckon they are all fakes but probably wouldn’t look as convincing once inspected Very cheap though .big Makita saw for about £30 if my currency converter was correct . It’s odd though I can’t work it out
  17. Had my share of various thorny things .i use a pair of tweezers with one side sharpened.worst one was wasps I don’t mind hawthorns now lol unless it goes through a bone
  18. Did a bit of looking into this earlier.there is a chance it’s a large company who have a yard nearby in that small village .hes sold several off road bikes and had another in picture also another chipper and van in pics .pile of broken bikes/rubbish looks dodgey . 50/50 chance of stolen I’d say or bought as spares/repairs and bodged for resale . I did try a an almost new 130 unit the other week and thought it was underpowered .ok though but slow .the yellow ones are better
  19. Bad business credentials.No touker time I’m afraid 😄
  20. Yes cls etc and building timber obviously ain’t daft (apart from the current high prices) but Christmas trees are and personally find it completely pointless .although I guess there’s a small chance some of them could be used for biomass if they are dumped in council tips but I think that’s only wood not garden stuffs
  21. All a daft idea people paying money for dead trees .Had an idea for a while renting them out in pots then plant them for timber when they too big .sure it would be popular with the latest the eco friendly malarkeys
  22. Know the feeling .today was a bit better with some sun until about 1230 then started going dark again .bit of a drag but 4pm seems to be the right time to stop at the moment before it gets too dark .so bang on 4 I’m off with no hanging about! usually know by the time by refuelling every half hour
  23. Anyone else find that time goes by slowly working outside with the dark days at the moment ? Like today it was hardly light at all and working near a road most cars had lights on for most the day .I know it doesn’t last that long but how to stay motivated? I had enough today and only lasted till 3.30
