  1. Opinions on 4x4 tippers for a small team. See a lot of them about at the moment and wanted to know what people think. Are they worth it?
  2. Just want to see what peoples opinions are regarding hourly wage vs day rate. What are peoples thoughts
  3. Hello, looking to get a new rope just wondering what ropes people are using and what would you recommend? Thanks
  4. Crazy isn’t it. For someone just starting off I now need to get a vehicle with E6 emissions (2016 or newer) so setting up my business will take much longer. There is a scheme they are setting up and you can apply from Jan 2022. They will offer you money or a 0% interest loan on vehicles. Still not good enough in my opinion but I genuinely think it’s good for the environment, however it’s kick in the teeth for workies
  5. Hi guys I’ve done my basic qualifications and tickets in the tree industry but I fancy doing more but I wanted to see what courses people would recommend? (Rigging, chipper ticket felling larger trees etc)
  6. At first I thought it was a fox glove tree but not sure at all.
  7. A friend of mine is looking for work. John 07802224744, give him a ring tomorrow. Willing to travel
  8. How much are we talking If I was to get a hilux converted?
  9. Any part time positions available? 3/4 days a week?
  10. Hi everyone, I am thinking about getting a 4x4 pick up with arb back. I am climber for another company but have my own gardening business and regularly get small tree jobs would a 4x4 pick up with arb back be a good investment or should I just get a tipper truck?
  11. Hello people, I just wanted to get an idea of how much a qualified climber should be getting? I've been doing trees for around 3 years now and climb almost everyday. Some days I don’t climb and stay on the ground but this is rare. I want to know the going rates, day rates and hourly rates cheers.
