  1. What are peoples onions on the Petzl Zillion, I need a new lanyard and fancy treating myself
  2. Work seems to have gone slightly quiet at the current firm I’m working for. Does anyone have any work for a climber in greater Manchester areas. Willing to climb or be a groundie. 07827680228
  3. A lad at work (no longer working for us) showed me out of a tricky manoeuvre and they hit a sign on the road. So I don’t really no what position I am in. Was it my fault. Was it the lads fault, was it unlucky. Who pays? It’s looking like me
  4. Cheers guys. Yea looking like a new set of ladders. I just work for the company and I broke them so guess they will have to come out of my own back pocket. That’s why I thought I’d see what response I’d get
  5. My henchman ladders snapped off one day at work. I was wondering if it’s worth trying to get welded or should I buy a new set of ladders?
  6. Hi there. I’m thinking of getting into SRT out of curiosity and also I believe this could be a good step in my climbing career. Where do I start? I’m assuming YouTube but I wanted to get some advice on here. Is there any courses I can do to learn?
  7. Opinions on 4x4 tippers for a small team. See a lot of them about at the moment and wanted to know what people think. Are they worth it?
  8. Just want to see what peoples opinions are regarding hourly wage vs day rate. What are peoples thoughts
  9. Hello, looking to get a new rope just wondering what ropes people are using and what would you recommend? Thanks
  10. Crazy isn’t it. For someone just starting off I now need to get a vehicle with E6 emissions (2016 or newer) so setting up my business will take much longer. There is a scheme they are setting up and you can apply from Jan 2022. They will offer you money or a 0% interest loan on vehicles. Still not good enough in my opinion but I genuinely think it’s good for the environment, however it’s kick in the teeth for workies
  11. Hi guys I’ve done my basic qualifications and tickets in the tree industry but I fancy doing more but I wanted to see what courses people would recommend? (Rigging, chipper ticket felling larger trees etc)
  12. At first I thought it was a fox glove tree but not sure at all.
