You clearly sound as though you know your stuff. Without sounding bad, theyre just ‘bats’ to me kev, ace to watch on a night though like you say, you got any cctv type vids or pics of em?

Would they not become more prominent once seasoned and then possibly waxed/oiled. I fit oak laminated mdf to my windows as sills. Waxed them up with briwax (light oak) then lightly blow torched over the surface and continued to rub in with a old used tea towel. Shows the grain off really well [emoji108] and matches my oak windows (of the fake upvc variety obviously!?) May work with the burred areas you mention ?♂️ You got a bad piece/off cut ya could practice on? Will post a picture of mine when sun light dulls off a little, bad to see at min in a photo. That last pic of yours would be ace as a resin piece i rekon.

Rest of his items look pretty good clean stuff, priced on the top side i guess but there are others out there who would charge/expect more. As for the 090AV..... yeah its clean/new apparently, but a little optimistic me thinks on price. Looks a fair tool though.

Well.... after a few weeks of utter shite weather and bad shifts at the normal day job, fairly romped on with last few days of good weather [emoji106] Lintels up in position, couple more rows to wall plate level then on with the gable ends. (Probably of got a bit more done if it weren’t for people ringing every two mins [emoji849]...... [emoji6])

I agree and havent disagreed on that fact, i said to carry one you should need a licence, same as you do with a firearm. Dont like rabbit holes..... i’m scared of the dark!

Little immature of you regards the feet comment. But in answer to it, NO. That “cunt” as you brand them should be dealt with under criminal activities act. Carrying a knife is way different. On the news (granada northwest not the bbc, so i believe it more ?) 35+ cars along a street in manchester have had their tyres slashed, both on the one side minimum, thought to be done by a group of teenagers at night. Set of low life pricks!!! They carry a knife but cause no injury?!! SO..... Is it still alright to carry a knife, even if you have no intentions of using it to cause harm (physically to people or animals)??? In my opinion you should be licensed to carry one, same as you have to be in possession of a firearm etc. That way, any crime committed by using one in a incorrect manner means you get a straight outright charge in court! In this instance the little wankers should be charged for using a knife in a incorrect manner, causing criminal damage, charged and made to pay for each and every persons loss of earnings / time and upheaval, AND have their fingers broken on both hands for good measure!
