Electrolytes replace lost sodium,potassium, chloride etc that are lost in our sweat Adding salt to your diet will obviously help if your deficient but be very careful how much you add as too much salt can cause raised blood pressure which contributes to heart attacks strokes kidney malfunction and several other serious health problems

    Ive had interactions with travellers good and bad.Some just want to live there life and not cause a hassle to anyone. Unfortunatly the majority just want to screw the system snd do as they please. This is not a judgement based on preconceptions or bigotry,its a fact.

    Make one with an old tool strop,petzl croll and some bunjee cord. Doddle! and works well once you've adjusted the bunjee cord to your stride

    Terry Holland from T& H trees based in Raleigh Essex has been killed in a car accident. Had some good banter will tel on arbtalk facebook,he also ran arbbay online and was on these pages just recently. A thoroughly decent guy,a father and loved his job/business. I am gutted.. Rip terry Gone too soon pal

    England were good in the 1st half second half they struggled but the subs gave em legs again. Got too say Tunisia pissed me off with there time wasting,wrestling and negative football.Ref was pretty inconsistant in not giving harry kane a blatant penalty.     Think thats a bit harsh mull,ronaldo took that penalty 3 minutes in,took ice cold nerves to do that. He pulled his team by the scruff of the neck when spains second went in and again when the 3rd went in. What a freekick though...peach!!!

    First world cup memory was Archie gemmels goal against the dutch in Argentina 78. Great game tonight with spain v ronaldo.. Ronaldo managed a hat trick and held spain to a draw I wonder what he could do if he played in a decent international team

    Salomon gtx are a good all round boot. Ive reccy climbed in em on dry days and they stood up well. More of an outdoor/walking boot but definetly worth conscidering

    10mm marlow boa,the yellow and black stuff.It bites on any rope no matter the weather conditions.Its the prussik loop i have on my harness as a "just incase"
