  1. Thanks for your reply. Iam put off by the fact that it is the wrong way round. Which Palax machine do you have now?
  2. Looking to purchase a second processor, circular saw type. Does anyone have any experience of this machine? Pros and cons. Any other recommendations?

  4. AT3s are terrible on all surfaces in my opinion. Changed them for BFGs
  5. Your local belts/bearings supplier will have a selection Also your local ag dealer may have them
  6. 12 way works fine. If its really nasty bits and its struggling i just lift it right up so it splits the bottom half then shove it down to do the top half. I never use my 6 way i just lift the 8 way up and miss the top wings.
  7. I used to put two tattie boxesworth on the back of a standard tranny, 3.4 cubic metres. That was a heaped load. Tranny is abit wide in my opinion
  8. I had that problem. The wiringloom running front to back down the passengers side was rotten. Common fault, and the loom was on back order for months

  10. I could supply a 100 cubic meter load of cut and split hardwood. Part seasoned, was cut and split early August and been sitting outside since.
  11. I have a wicker log basket which has sat next to my stove for approx 3 years. I think it was left here by the previous owners. Long story short, its riddled with wood worm. The wicker is very brittle and when you touch it, the wicker just turns too powder. Should i be worried for the rest of the furniture and surrounding timber? The basket was sitting on a wooden hardwood floor and it looks unaffected.

  17. Ive a 10 x 5 ifor tipper. I get three bulk bags on as standard sides and with the mesh sides i can get 4 potato boxes worth tipped in which is 6.8 cubic metres

  22. Thats assuming your scales are accurate. How often do you calibrate them? Its also my understanding solid fuel in unsealed bags, with a declared weight, have to be sold in 25kgs, 50kgs or multiples of 50kgs.
