  1. It always tastes like Starbucks burn their coffee. This is my preference every morning. The coffee is Spanish blend of 50% roasted and 50% green beans. €1 per pack in Spain.
  2. Do you know if they have sorted the issue of the ear defender/visor mounting brackets out? (affecting the kreiger ones). The mounting screws were always coming out. Everyone I know who has one has had the same problem, me included. I've just got the new CT one. Spent a fortune on lids in the last year so I'll be sticking with this now...
  3. Mk 3. ZigZag is out now, haven't heard of any developing cracks so far......
  4. Sorry, couldn't resist it 😎
  5. For climbing I use cheap rubber ones with the fingers cut off. For general groundwork either bare hands or rubber type gloves. For rigging (running ropes on the ground)I use an old pair of Gill fingerless leather gloves, they give excellent feel and enable ropes to run, unlike the rubber ones.
  6. What make of shower do use? Didn't know they sold ones that kept you trim 😀
  7. Seriously though, tabata workouts are really good for speed, strength and endurance. It's basically interval circuit training. You can choose what kind of exercises to suit your needs. Scientifically proven to give you the quickest gains. (Apparently) Need to get back to it myself.
  8. Have you tried roll on?
  9. Definitely agree that a big walk behind would be better if you are just starting out. You would get a lot more machine for your money and they are a lot more versatile. Domestic ride on mowers (which is what your budget will get you) aren't adequate for daily commercial use. I realise this isn't what you want to hear, but I've been down this road with a few different machines. My best advice would be to get a solid used large walk behind commercial mower. Once you have the work coming in and you are set up you could look at getting a commercial ride on machine on finance if needed. Hope this helps and all the best with your new venture.
  10. We're on white as well and it's a good thing too! We got dipped by vosa and hmrc. As soon as they saw we were running on white we were on our way 🙂
  11. You're really not enjoying this are you Steve ?? Fair play to you for your perseverance.
  12. Milk ... Schmilk! Disgusting stuff drips out the underside of a cow (or any mammal depending on your preference/proclivity for that matter) and sticks to the back of your throat before sending your body's mucus production into overdrive. Best avoided.
  13. I was cleaning windows for a living in the 80s. 🙂.
  14. 346xp MS150t T540xp 560xp 576xp (Hoping to get a 395xp this year at some point).
  15. Really love ours... We take turns doing the climbs and running the ropes. There is nothing more satisfying than smoothly executed rigging operations. The 3001 is such a simple but effective solidly built unit. So much better than those flappy port a wraps.
  16. Wait til you fit one to your mog! Ours sounds like a chinook has landed in the street. 🙂
  17. Looks like you earned your coin that day Reg. Hard, cold, lonely work by the looks of it. Cedar lumber must have a high value to it, judging by the effort and resources it takes to extract it. Great video.

    Cheap chains???

Nice one Steve, That's good to know. I'm trying to cut back on expenditure this year as last year was hefty. I'll give them a whirl. Thanks
  19. Have a 540, 560, 576. They are all excellent. Still have a 346 which is a great saw. If I let someone else use the saw, particularly the 560, I really notice the difference in how it starts and runs. The auto tune saws seem to need consistency in how they are run to get the best out of them.
  20. Anyone ever used these?? Are they any good??? Thanks

    New toys

You'll never learn..... Only go in with the missus
  22. Nite night all, got a tough one tomorrow. Transits off the road and the hydraulics are out of action on the mog = no chipper. Hope I can get a decent kip tonight.
