  4. Everyone has different opinions on how things should be done. Speed will come with confidence and that comes with time in the tree. Listen to others but make your own choices.   12. I would get a text saying "you got my money?" No please or greeting etc. total disrespect towards me yet a few weeks before I treated the lads to a pub lunch after a good earning job, he forgets things like that.   18. I use the red pffanner gloves from clarks, they are very long lasting and wash well, they also don't burn out quickly when lowering stuff. Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  19. It also depend if the lads are employed or self employed. The other thing to remember is allowing for breakdowns etc. don't be to cheap so that you are working for nowt mate. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
