    Jokes???

There was two fish in a tank. One said to the other “Do you know how to drive this thing?”
  3. Preditor 460 is a cracking machine, a touch wide for a standard door ways by punches well above it’s weight. The turntable on a pedestrian grinder makes a huge difference to output and operator fatigue.
  4. App working but on line isn’t right, I can’t get my head round the app, it’s not at fault I’m just a Luddite (and happily so)
  5. I’ve used many different grinders and can’t fault predator the machines have been good to me as has the parts availability, the back up with technical issues has been service second to none. the drive on the 460 is excellent, it can be got through doors at a 45deg angle but it takes 2 people to lift it into that position and keep it there, it’s not ideal if you need to do it all the time ? the 28 and 38 will get into most places and I think take some beating. remember smashing timber apart is hard on any kit, they will all break at some point. Don’t focus on the odd break down focus on how it’s sorted, that’s what makes the difference ?
  6. Try a gentle twist, the bush can get misaligned and the lugs pop out of there holes if you have had it stuck and wiggled it to hard. i found graphite powder seems to lube them well. if you have to change to bush remove the cable from the motor end and pull some string back with it to get the cable back through the tube afterwards, it’s a proper fiddly bugger. Good luck with it.
  7. Loosen the black bit at the join, should be able to separate the two half’s of the shaft. There is a bush on the end of the internal part. There only a couple of quid but fiddly to change
  8. Looks smart being hidden in there rather than sat out front. What did you wire into and how do you get to the clutch lever?
  9. We have found much the same, we have locking center and rear diff on the v10. Bloody thing doesn’t stop off road till it’s really bad, then it’s a long walk back ?‍♂️ As to towing it’s effortless by far the best truck we have had, the air springs keep it level as well so it’s not quite so fussy on trailer nose weight
  10. Roll it on fence posts/tree trunks, will move fairly easy if you use ground guards as well - it worked for stone henge - I know this cause Stubby told me and he was there (apparently, but I’ve not seen the pics)
  11. You can chase the hinge quicker with the smaller saw if needed but on the flip side you can also cut yourself into trouble by taking to much hinge quickly. I would go for the sharper saw if it was a nice tree, but if it needed wedging or a forward leaner poss go with the bigger bar (assuming the saw is matched to the bar and cuts nicely)
  12. The Ali ramps can be very slippy when wet, rubber tracked machines can struggle. Far better in the dry but hard work when it’s crap weather
  13. We use them, a mix of Stihl and husky ones, they do work. ?
  14. One of these will get you going, the husky version is a little deeper but needs extra rivets in the bottom to stop your hook falling through. I know nothing of the dealer just the top one of google. STIHL Tool Holder For Hand Pulp Tongs - World of Power WWW.WORLDOFPOWER.CO.UK Stihl 00008810623 tool holder for hand lifting tongs or drag hook, with insulated back Oh and welcome to the mad house.
  15. Can the forwarder run out to the road and load straight on to the wagon that’s parked on the road?
  16. Bens a good lad, it’s just pining him down to a date!
  17. Speak to Arborventure training, there just across the water in sway. John and Jo are excellent and will teach you far more than just enough to pass the tickets Not sure what there costs are like compared to others but they are well worth it.
  18. The bonnet Looks good, makes a big difference to looks as well as protecting the pipe work[emoji106] Are the brackets available separately to weld on to your own attachments?
  19. Good effort. How wide is the microbull?
  20. I could do a nice reduction on that. I would reduce it to 2 inches tall.
  21. There are far easier ways to advertise you have a small c**k ?
  22. I brought my mill from you not a eBay cheapo jobie because of the youtube vids - this guy uses what he sells and knows what he is talking about. Since then all my bars and all (small amount for fun) my milling kit come from you. Thanks Rob keep it up.
  23. Very, only used it as ground protection but has stood up very well.
  24. Mimosa does well down here on clay, grows fairly quick and screen well
  25. Don’t forget your passport eggs ?
