I think alot of this enviro benefits stuff has being overstated and will only be short term, like better air quality. Covid would need to kill alot more to have any positive enviro effect ? Is that with two 5.0Ah batteries very impressive... Think you mentioned before you had the knock off ones also? Makita cordless stuff seems to have shot up abit in price recently £100 more than they were last year for bare unit saw.

Also might be worth considering How many charge cycles aprox before batteries degrade a noticable % capacity though i wonder? Also spare and repairs availability etc compared to petrol?
