  15. 12m think you need some decent ladders or reduce height alot. ? Width is always an issue also sometimes people don't realize this when they get hedges 6m across the top. Leylandi doesn't grow from dead wood so may look ugly after a severe reduction though if it is just topped may be hidden. Makita battery garden stuff it good .

  22. Powys is Mid wales. They do grow well here planted some from a "native" hedging pack.
