  1. I've had mine a few years now, it doesn't get used a lot but it does the job when I need it to. I would have liked a good name top handle but can't get one as I am not a registered climber or they are too old and expensive second hand.
  2. Huztl.net do all the parts to build the 090 copy on their site but it's easier to buy the power head if you want one. They do MS660 copy kits as well.
  3. Huztl.net sells the power head on their website, blue with the Holzforma name on it. It has no chain brake though so it would be better used for milling.
  4. I'd have taken the corner off the cdi bracket on the bench grinder instead of grinding the case, but that's neither here nor there.
  5. The buildings are not made of wood any more so the fire is not going to spread like the original.
  6. Metering needle and diaphragm probably.
  7. There's a video in the advert showing it cutting wood but in the photos it's still back to front.
  8. Demonic possession I reckon. How could it affect compression ? That would be there even with no fuel in.
  9. It's worked for the banks for years and still the Directors got their annual bonuses.
  10. I like watching Reg when I'm having trouble sleeping I do enjoy his videos though especially the climbing ones even though I am old and just a weekend warrior with CAD.
  11. We used to do them as soon as they got long enough to trim off. They do look messy when there's a lot and it's like a giant burr when they are left then cut off.
  12. I was looking for a reason for the toilet roll panic buying and I found in the Telegraph that diarrhoea is one of the symptoms of corona virus, finally found a use for the Telegraph then.
  13. I had to look for stage 4.Is this it ?
  14. It's that money you paid them as income tax and NI contributions so they can give it to good causes. I reckon we should sign in at the House of Lords, the daily allowance is £323 now and it's tax free.
  15. That's my theory as well. A friend of mine really likes his 2511 but it sheds plastic and cracks all the time, he just keeps repairing it.

    Old ms 180

I did a carb kit on one of these recently and the off wire was springing out of the holder on the choke lever. I used a small tie wrap to hold it in and it is still working.
  17. I had to open up the L screw a bit on my Husqvarna 135 using Aspen as it would not rev up from tick over.
  18. Don't know but it's a bit late to ask now anyway Do they have a good returns policy ?
  19. Book one week, they'll give you the rest for free.
  20. Holzforma made by Farmertec who are definitely Chinese. I've had some bits for saws from them and they are good at copying original pattern parts but the plastic is not original quality and the copies are good but not perfect with some of the materials used just not as strong as OEM but they do the job but probably not for as long as original.
  21. You can get them at Tesco they are sole distributors
  22. Superstition was that it is bad luck to burn Elderberry indoors. Best not to tempt fate
  23. I had a stone in a trunk which somehow got under the chain and stopped it dead. I had to straighten the link in the vice before it would go back in the bar slot. If it hadn't been a nearly new 20" chain I might have scrapped it but it works perfectly again so worth doing.
  24. I think it started with blowing the bar sprocket then a reference to Swiss Tony (who is not gay) who likes beautiful women. I can't see how running a chain tight makes it blunt or has an effect on climbers sexual orientation,
  25. I think Spud had the pleasure ? of working on one a few years ago. I've never seen one but from working on disc cutters I think they sound like a recipe for hearbreak and with a decent chain at over £150 I would look long and hard at any alternatives.
