    Jukebox

CD I picked up in a charity shop [ame] [/ame]
  2. There's a homemade one on Youtube, might need a different clamp arrangement for round wood but the idea is sound. [ame] [/ame]
  3. I've no chance then, I have an orange one, a white and orange, a red one and a yellow one (and they're all made out of ticky tacky and they all look just the same)
  4. "Last link in the food chain" on the side of a Dynorod type van round Derby. The cowboys versus indians was on Singh's builders van.
  5. That sums it up, the weather here is dismal.
  6. Leave the root ball for a few weeks then pressure wash the soil out of it and sell it as a garden sculpture. Or burn it.
  7. A friend of mine bought a David Brown and contacted the owners club with the numbers on the chassis and engine along with some pictures and was helpfully supplied with the original registration by its first owner. Good result saved him some time and bother.

    Tiny echo!

It's optional though, they are not going to come round and snatch it off you if you want to keep it
  9. There's a beauty on the High Street just round the corner from here. I wouldn't fancy climbing one though the branches are really dense.
  10. I'd be more worried by the Cartman vest I'm 64 and don't have any tattoos but varicose veins come close
  11. No, how hot are you getting the chain
  12. We have nothing to lose but our chains If it's not badly kinked and the chain still pulls round smoothly after it's worth a try.
  13. I don't have any tattoos but that would be cool.
  14. Tesco has lots, peppered my favourite.
  15. My bite from Monday while out dog walking. It drew blood but I got my own back It sent my thumb numb for a while. Those corn flies really make me itch just looking at them.
  16. If you know the break is definitely at the plug end you can get joints for HT leads if there's room for one. Try unscrewing the old lead if you want to replace all of it and get some copper core HT lead it's cheap enough on eBay.
  17. It'll go higher than that with the right conditions 15' to 20'. It's tempting for kids to pull it apart and play with the leaves and stems and it is evil. Gloves and coveralls and remember not to wipe sweat off with the back of your hand the after effects can last for years.

    Basic PPE

£50 from Screwfix, how much are your legs worth ?
  19. Bungee strap or stand it in a tyre, all been done before.
  20. Many years ago I had a bad snake in a council Land Rover 110 towing a trailer full of rubble. It was on a downhill dual carriageway and it was so bad it was lifting the rear wheels of the vehicle off the road. I took my feet of everything and let the steering wheel slide through my hands not trying to fight it and by the time it dropped below 40 it was all back in line. There were 3 of us in the cab and we got home a lot slower that day.
  21. Topdog and underdog come from dog packs where the top dog gets first pick of the food and bitches and any other has to fight for everything. The pits comes from the slang for armpits and means something that stinks. Not everything is about cutting wood
  22. There would have been a recall by now
  23. Tied with a three strand or T.W.A.T.S, now that's an acronym
  24. Those are not acronyms they are initials Acronyms are initials or syllables that make a word like radar or NATO. Just saying, not getting on a high horse or owt
  25. Listen to it under load in a cut and it will sound different. It sounds alright at that not racing and not bogging.
