  19. Hi I was just looking at carpet trolleys on ebay about 150 quid and with a long handle added then may work especially if you could put tyres with air instead of solid as I find air filled tyres work better on rough ground good luck with getting something sorted ,I need to learn to weld better then I could make my own .

  21. The owner of the small Est I look after is a history buff and he was telling me about the ink one day when we were looking at Oak apples .
  22. Sorry dont know the wasp, but they used to make ink from oak apples
  23. I would just let him keep the wood as most tree surgeons have an unspoken rule we dont work just for the wood ,as training ,equipment, insurance, ppe all cost rather a lot of money ,thats my take on it I was actually rang up early one morning by a bloke saying can you come now and clear this tree its blocking the road and next door needs to go to work so I start to ask questions and mention cost and he says well you can keep the wood so I politely inform him of my costs so I didnt rush out of the house saw in hand ,life is too short to go making stress you didnt have to do anything to deal with the tree and yes its a total shame it came down ,maybe get the farmer to plant another one near by
  24. You vould always buils your own kiln my mate in Wales used a shipping container not sure how it works we dont talk any more he is totaly hen pecked and me and his old Hag never liked each other
  25. I would use some sort of oil like osmo or just teak oil
