  7. Love it up around that area. When I used to do the gundog competitions we did qute a few at harewood house. Then we would go over to Hunstanton. And always great weather.

In the same position as yourself, have been doing tree work and landscaping for many years but have always wanted to do a bit of hedge laying not to any competition standard but just so it looks nice and tidy. Have brought a great book from the APF show with good instructions/pictures etc and have started buying the tools what are needed,couple of different bill hooks,axes and so on.i will stat doing small hedges when I feel confident in doing so and may generate a little bit more work hopefully. It's all about being confident in what you do and how you do it.

  18. As said before it's a nice harness but a couple of silly design features and a bit pricey for what you get but at least not motion price. I went for the new marlow camp safety harness it's coming today and if it wears and performs half as good as it looks I'll be very happy. First in the country to have one and have been ask'd to do a feed back report on it after a using it for a month. Should be interesting:thumbup:

    Well it means I can do the smaller jobs without waiting for the school shut down for hol's/ half term etc, I have a small contract at a number of schools so pays to keep things quite when the pupils are in class's. You must have gone to school Joe surely:laugh1:

    Good job I didt get one then, can't have the ladies thinking that. Ya I was a bit concerned that they were't a 100% waterproof. Need one really as am doing a bit of tree work around schools now and a bat / saw just the tool for that kind of work. Everything has its place. You should know that Joe surely ? also glad I wast the only one dragging the orther half round the show, difference was I did it fior 3 days:thumbup:
