  20. Think they need to hold back on the Botox. Christ sake.
  21. Go at least £100 then. People these days are prepared to pay for quality, and good hard wood logs are worth way more then what you are asking and in the volume you are selling them at. If you start of cheap that's were you will stay.no matter how good your product is.
  22. No quick return in selling logs am afraid and if you start undercutting other log suppliers you will be processing and working for a very small return. To make money selling logs you have to be a stablished, sell very good quality logs and have plenty stored in a yearly rotation, big yard required for that. ( that's why I don't touch them)
  23. Yep it is. And if no joy and its inhibiting acess to rear of houses ect just get rid. Unless it's a huge beech, oak etc and in that case the local tree officer will tell you if TPO,D or in conservation area.
  24. Ya that's good to start with, you don't need loads of different size files at the mo. Just start small and stay within your budget and what you can afford. Also ask for things what you need for birthdays,Xmas. It's supriseing how your kit builds up.felling bars new bout £60, tongs £30. But keep your eye on eBay. Tree surgery and forestry. Wayne.
