Welcome to the industry. If you could get down it would be good for you to see and meet people in the industry as well as some fab bits of kit and machines. It's on for 3days and only comes around every 2 yrs. there is camping for the first time this year.:thumbup1:l

If it's a fab cuppa I always ask if they filter there water. The quality of the H2O is the main thing to a nice brew. IMO:001_rolleyes:

The single cab canopy has the rubber moulded attachment bars. Yours being single not sure why not the same? A few of my friends have the single and have the moulded on there's . I think you'll need to fab something up for the roof bar brackets to bolt onto. No need to weld anything. Just do a rough design as to what you want and get someone to make you some or source something that does the job.

You based in Wales, Pembroke Area? If yes £650 sounds bout right for 3 man team and equipment and poss a bit more. Ya overheads are a killer and soon eats your profits away. Still, sounds like you got it sussed and doing all rite Do you stay busy through the winter and keep all your teams on?

Sounds all very organised, what's the turn around of guys you have,do they stay long? And I got to ask , because you have volunteers helping does that mean you can be a little less tight with your pricing? Only asking and not being funny about in in anyway, I think what you are doing is really good but just curious how you do your pricing? Is it the same pricing structure as if you were a none voluntary organisation

No time to climb if you doing that many quotes, do you have to type and send them ( Either e-mail or typed )? You have no help in the quoting then?may be good idea to start taking someone with you and train them up how to quotes? Espicaly if you looking at going ARB APPROVED. You may get even more work. Good thing what your doing. Do all your lads get min wage, team leaders etc and you supply all the kit? You do utility's aswell?

12 jobs to look at in one day? That's good going. I get that in a week if am lucky. Suits me though, am just a one man business and subby climbers and help in if and when needed. Guess different for you having to keep teams going? Very fine line in pricing work, not to under value yourself and at the same time remain competitive.
