Hi all, Don't forget Aspen can be ordered though dealers but delivered direct to you. Saving you time and money. The dealer should give discounts on direct orders of 54x 5 litres cans and you get free shipping. You could get a group of you together and place one order to get a better price. Hi all, Unless you have 2stroke oil to use up why would you mix? Aspen2 FRT has an oil designed for 2stroke air cooled engines and they have spent years testing it in chainsaws to give the cleanest exhaust and best all round performance. The oil used out performs the leading low soot oils from the top saw manufactures and is even approved by them.

Hi, Wow that was a long post! Just so you know there is no point in mixing Aspen with petrol. You can make your own mix with Aspen4 and add the oil you are happy with but it won't save you any money. Our oil and fuel work together so if you choose Aspen use Aspen2. Hi, Might be the stop wire to the switch has rubbed though. Unplug it from the coil and recheck for sparks. If still no spark it sounds like the coil If you get sparks trace the wire and see if it's trapped or chaffed. replace or tape it up. Hope this helps.

Hi, Many users have reported that Aspen2 works better in saws prone to hot restart problems. I can only think this is because Aspen does not contain any solvents and so evaporates at a slower speed. Hi Tommer9, Most dealers have Ultra sonic tanks and they are very good but often they cannot clean the carb and so the customer has to pay for a new one. When you do your sums for the cost of Aspen V carb cleaning please add in down time and lost earnings. With Aspen you are not just benefitting your engines but your own health so please consider all the benefits of Aspen. Cost of good branded fuel Cost of low soot 2stoke oil Cost of time mixing Cost of time collecting fuel Aspen delivered to your yard ready to use. With discount for bulk buy from your dealer not RRP If Aspen is not for you that's your choice but please try it and then decide.

Hi, Thanks for trying Aspen. We improved Aspen2 at the end of last year to the new FRT aspen2 with cleaner burning 2stroke oil. Did you try this fuel or the old one? Kind regards Eddie

Hi Paddler, If you do get a Honda just remember that they only hold 100ml of engine oil and it will need changing often if you use the machine hard. The other guys will report how they have got on with using them.
