    Hi all, Just got back from a week in Northern Ireland. Worked at the Balmoral Show and called on a few possible new Aspen dealers. If you're out in NI please then check our dealer map over the next few weeks as you should see some new dealers and better coverage of the area. Where ever you are and you would like to get hold of Aspen please keep checking the map as we are adding dealers all the time all around the UK

    Hi. Some dealers want all your kit to breakdown! Dealers that sell and use Aspen have seen the workshop get more work because of the higher number of customers coming into their shop and people coming in more often. Aspen has also gets dealers new customers. We work hard to fill in gaps on our map and as you can see we add new shops every month. I can't make dealers have it but attitudes are changing and more dealers are contacting us who had said it was not for them but now they want to look again. We have lots of dealers who are close to stocking Aspen but they are slow to commit to placing an order. Please keep asking for Aspen and letting me have details of dealers who you would like to stock it. Thanks for all your support! Eddie

    Hi PC, The dealer who supplies you the drum can order a good quality metal hand fuel pump from us. They are just over £200. Please remember there is a £40 delivery charge on one 200litre drum. Might be cheaper to get free delivery on 270 litres in five litre cans and save you the time decanting and the risk of contamination. Your Aspen dealer can supply everything you need.     Hi, Please check there is not another fault like dirt in the fuel tank or a blocked fuel filter. The diaphragm thing can sometimes be random and so don't rule this out as a possible cause. Good luck and if you need help let me know.

    You can use our dealer finder on the aspenfuel website Just type in your postcode and it will list dealers in that area. If there is no one close to you let me know the name of your local shop and who to contact and I will see what I can do. Thank you for trying Aspen

    Hi Stubby, Still might need the carb diaphragm replacing. As I said give me a call next week and I will help get it fixed.

    Hi, If it has been run on pump fuel it might need the carb diaphragm replacing. They can go stiff sometimes when switching to Aspen. Also check the idle speed is correct as you may be stalling as you're trying to open up from too lower speed.     Hi Ian, Auto tune and M-tronic saws all work fine with Aspen! If there is a set up procedure of say running flat out and then idle then you may have to follow that from your owners handbook. We now have over 260 dealers and many are only using Aspen for all the machinery they service and sell. We have had no reports of any problems with electronic carburettors running our fuels.     Hi, Using different oils or an additive will not stop the petrol damaging the fuel pipes or diaphragms. Not sure if the additive in the green oil will save your fuel system from ethanol damage, the biggest cause of carburettor replacement. Ask any garden machinery dealer about the volume of carbs they have fitted in the last 12 months and why they had to be replaced.
