  1. We changed the wing nut screws for T27 screws as we found you cant wind the wing nuts up tight enough. Just like they have done in this video.
  2. Wear some eye protection when your putting them back.
  3. Mister-Solutions Ltd-We are a on line supplier of Spares & Accessories. Genuine kit £217.11 + vat Copy £51.04 + vat
  4. Thats the worst ive seen in a long while, Cut off saws are the best, take off the cover and a brick in dust form drops out
  5. First one of the day, Husky 235 that wont run quite right and sometimes wont start at all. Must tell owner that the air filter needs cleaning now and then.
  6. Did you get shown how to start it before you took it from the Stihl dealers? Its policy.
  7. The key is for location purposes only. You should be able to line your flywheel up and tighten to the correct spec and away you go.
  8. There is a few used ones on the bay. But if its just the front part thats bust off leaving half of the "u" shape there you can repair it by drilling a small hole 1.5mm and threading a wire through and around the switch shaft to hold it in place. Ive done it a few times and it works well.
  9. Are they jumping the digger off from a truck they arrived in? Dont suppose the camera caught its reg plate, if it did post it on here so we can keep an eye out.
  10. Is there a white sludge mixed in with the oil when you remove the oil filler cap?
  11. Everyone of the brushcutters i sell on ebay or in my local free adds i sell with a new, in the packet harness. Why would you want to wear a used harness that some other sweaty bloke has had on for 20 hours a week.

    Stihl FS200

You mention everything you should be looking at apart from the compression. Had a Fs450 with exactly same issue and the piston was goosed.
  15. wind out the LA screw, there is a black plastic triangle shaped cover (grommet) that covers the carb. LA screw is the bottom hole.
  16. it should fit like a glove, all the 4 mix engines are very similar and parts interchangeable.
  17. If you remove the clutch from the flywheel you eliminate all problems with the clutch, with the clutch removed the engine will either start and run as it should or show exactly the same symptoms.
  18. I would sort the running of the engine out first, Completely remove the engine from the shaft and remove the clutch from the flywheel. Then find out what the problem is with the engine, a pressure and vac test is the only way, if you've put in new rings, a test should have been done at that stage to test the integrity of the base gasket, crank seals and the crank case seal. Go at that for a start.
  19. It could be an air leak somewhere, it also could be an air leak causing the head to keep spinning even when the LA screw is wound right out. How old is the machine and do you know its history? I hope its not a spares or repairs ebay special that you've picked up.
  20. Sounds like its pulling fuel through when its sat not running, Take carb off again and check the needle and metering arm height and also replace the metering diaphragm and the metering diaphragm gasket.
  21. Bloody kindeys, everyone seems to have problems. I went to docs on monday with pain in the lower right hand side of my stomach. Suspected apendicitis or kidney stones, went back on tuesday for it to be confirmed as kidney stones and given some tablets to help pain and told to wait for it to pass naturally. Im hoping its soon rather than later as i can only just cope with the pain.
  22. Have been looking for one these for a while for a customer to replace his partner 650 saw, hes in no rush and wants me to find one and either repair it or give it a good going over.
